1. Review paper/sizes and familiarize yourself with our services.

2. Finalize specifications of your ideal print job. Limit to 1 or 2 options. If you are unsure, please let us know and we can suggest the best options for your review.

3. Email estimator@lincoprinting.com for a quote. Again, if you are not set on the specs, please note that you would like a ball park figure. This way you will be able to receive an estimate sooner than later. You can also submit a quote via the online form. The estimator will review the specs and reply with an email (response time depends on the quota of the day). Direct email is usually best, but please include all specs.

4. Finalize the job order by confirming the details/specs with estimator@lincoprinting.com. A job # will be assigned.

5. Send us your billing/shipping contact information by filling out a form online: account info

6. Prepare your files according to size and file requirements and upload pdf files to prepress. (Do Not send InDesign files).

7. An invoice will be emailed. Make deposit payment.

8. Receive and review the pdf proof (it may take a day or two to process and e-mailed to you from prepress. no hardcopy proofs).

9. Approve or make the appropriate changes to the file and resubmit for new pdf proof. After approval of the proof, and a deposit is made, we print the job.*

10. Clear the balance payment to pick-up or allow for delivery.

*Press check is available upon request. Please let us know when placing the order. We can schedule it only after you approve the pdf proof. Press check is the actual printing of the job. If you are on press and would like to request a plate change (change your pdf file to re-output plates) it can cost $100+ depending how far along we’ve printed.
